Your responsibilities
Undertaking AML checks to ensure adherence to all Compliance policies, procedures and regulatory obligations
Responding promptly and knowledgeably to queries from clients, the business and other internal departments
Risk and issue identification and escalation
Participating in regular meetings with Management, Compliance and Quality Assurance to maintain strong relationships across the board
Participating in ad hoc onboarding projects as required
Our requirements
1-3 years in the Financial Services industry with a demonstrated track-record of delivery or relevant experience in Compliance, Corporate KYC, AML and Screening
Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills with the ability to analyse large amounts of data
Advance English both written/verbal
Client focused with strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines against a high volume work schedule

We are looking for a KYC/AML Analyst to join the Operation team for a leading global company specializing in investment banking, financial instruments and investment management. The team supports the Know Your Customer processes across a wide range of business areas and products. The Team’s primary function is to partner with key stakeholders (Compliance, Business, Client Implementation, Quality Assurance) to onboard new clients with a focus on efficiency, control, and excellent client service.
