Your responsibilities
Answer all customer contacts (calls, chats, emails, messaging)
Document customer contacts in the provided tracking system
Work with a ticket database
Contact customers for any follow-ups or escalations
Capture customers' feedback
Our requirements
Excellent English and German language skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity and experience with computer operation, with emphasis on the Mac OSand Windows environment
Strong problem solving and customer handling skills
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good technical skills in HDD/SSD storage and computers would be an advantage
