Your responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd Line IT Support.

  • Follow escalation paths.

  • Accountable for tracking incidents and requests.

  • Be an extension to other support teams.

  • Knowledge base and monitoring development.

Our requirements

  • General IT knowledge in all areas -> university degree in IT or similar

  • Ability to read technical documentation

  • Ability to recreate issues (ISTQB would be nice)

  • Basic Linux admin skills

  • Knowledge about IT monitoring

  • Basic infrastructure knowledge

  • Advanced knowledge about internet technologies

  • 2+ years’ service desk experience

  • Logical thinking

  • English is mandatory – b2+. French and/or German is nice to have

  • Nice to have: OpsGenie, SQL, Azure
