Your responsibilities

  • Customer support and assistance in solving basic IT problems (first/second support line)

  • Diagnosing and resolving reports

  • Coordinating accepted notifications (forwarding to subsequent support lines and monitoring user reports)

Our requirements

  • Must have: Very good knowledge of English and French on B2/C1 level - two languages are required

  • At least 1 year on similar position

  • Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft windows environment and MS Office

  • Interested in IT and mobile

  • Ability to work in a team
