    The Dedicated Technology Support Team provides remote technical support to Credit Suisse internal clients. To be successful in the role it is critical to have solid technical skillset, great customer service skills, and a dream to continuous learning of a new technology. These skills will be used in a dynamic, team oriented and customer service minded environment. Senior Desktop Support Expert will work on technology critical issues and complex incidents raised by Support Specialists. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities.

    • You will work for an internal client on a standardized IT environment.
    • You will have self-development capabilities by working mostly with native Microsoft tools.
    • Challenging investigations of technology problems - cooperation with Technical Operations or Engineering.
    • Participation in testing and early life support in order to secure effective product deployments.
    • You will be part of IT thread remediation taskforces – providing automation and solution deployments.
    • You will have an exposure to automation of IT processes or fixes - identification and validation of technical feasibility.
    • Opportunity to self-development of automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, C#).

    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.


    • Do you have university degree or equivalent work experience?
    • Do you have the ability to fix hardware, software, and networking issues on: laptops, desktops, virtual machines?
    • You have in-depth support knowledge of Windows NT, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Edge.
    • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Management Console.
    • Do you have working knowledge of Sysinternal Suite?
    • You have fluent written and spoken English.
    • You have experience scripting in PowerShell or programming in C# (.Net framework) is valuable but not mandatory.
    • ITIL certification would be a benefit.
    • Experience in Agile, SCRUM methodology would be a benefit.
