ASTEK Polska is a branch of the dynamically developing international ASTEK Group. We specialize in outsourcing of engineering and IT staff as well as implementation of IT projects in various sectors: banking, insurance, telecommunications, high-tech, pharmacy and logistics in Poland and abroad.

Currently we are looking for: L3 Support 

L3 Support
Location: Kraków

Responsibilities:

  • customer support and help in solving basic IT problems
  • diagnosing and resolving requests
  • coordinating accepted requests (forwarding to subsequent support lines and monitoring user requests)

Requirements:

  • good knowledge of German and English (min. B2 / C1)
  • knowledge of Windows and MS Office
  • interest in IT and mobile issues
  • ability to work in a team
