Your responsibilities
Management of flows from ordering to final delivery
Writing and implementation of work procedures to facilitate day-to-day management
Serve as point of contact for communication with all last mile carriers as well as represent and support the Delivery Experience Management team projects.
Monitor the evolution of transportation costs, identify, and support on the opportunities to improve the process
Review the weekly parcel forecast
Bank holiday anticipation and organization
Cost calculation per parcel, per lane, etc.
Daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly DSP performance monitoring
Following up daily on missing scan events
Our requirements
First experience in logistics or eCommerce (0-2 years)
Graduate degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
Demonstrated ability to manage projects tasks
Work accurately and organized
Interest in data analysis, advanced Excel skills
Problem-solving, pro-active and result-oriented way of working
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and in English

Job description
We are looking for a Last Mile Coordinator Poland, to supply our customers across Europe in accordance with our high-quality standards and lead times.
Your mission, if you accept, is to make the best possible use of the Zooplus customer delivery experience. In this role you become a member of the Delivery Experience team.
