Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation of new products and renovations with all key international actors (Development, Packaging, Purchasing, S&OP) and Plant departments

  • Co-build the retroplanning and risks analysis to ensure the availability of finished products in time, quality and within the targeted costs

  • Manage the products life cycle and contribute to catalogue optimization

  • Follow the Supply performance of launches for continuous improvement

  • Ensure data quality; build and validate nomenclatures with materials supply planning teams.

  • Contribute to budget construction in collaboration with Controlling Planning teams.

  • Build and nurture collaborative relationships with Operations teams and contribute to the Group and plant strategy

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Hands-on experience in leading end-to-end projects

  • Analytical thinking and organizational skills

  • Active learning and Growth mindset

  • Passion for innovations

  • Consumer centricity

  • Professional command of English and Polish both written and spoken

  • Knowledge of MS Office environment, SAP

  • Experience in working in an international company would be an asset
