- Lead Agile Business Analyst role is a high visibility role and IG's open culture will enable you to put forward your ideas where it will get acted upon. You will enhance products by closely collaborating with the Product Managers in defining problem statements and assessing priorities. You will help facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders to capture the best possible solutions.
- As a Lead Agile Business Analyst, you will work as a Business representative while working with the tech teams, and as a technical representative when talking to Business! Thus, you get the best of both the worlds. This role supported with the company culture will give you the freedom to add exceptional value to the organisation and the clients.
Our requirements
- Provide coaching and development support to direct reports, managing their performance to help fulfil their potential
- Resource management within team of ABAs
- Use input from the Product Managers to understand product business objectives to prioritize progression of user stories
- Use input from the Product Managers to understand product business objectives to prioritize progression of user stories
- Gather, define and document functional and non-functional requirements - Facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders
- Review progress of deliverables with Product Managers
- Attend IT development teams Scrum ceremonies
- Manage story-level, inter-team dependencies
- Identify opportunities for product and process improvements
- Knowledge of Agile processes and principles
- Experience of managing a team desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
