About the project

We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for constant development and maintenance of internal finance-payroll system. By being a leader of the team, you will have a chance to optimise digital financial processes and shape future development paths for one of the most crucial back-office systems. In a broader perspective, you will be a part of an Internal Systems division through which you will have a chance to develop an internal architecture of a fast-growing IT-consulting company.

Your responsibilities

  • Be a part of a team which will maintain and develop the company’s financial-payroll system

  • Conduct complex business analysis independently, design business processes, define functional requirements and test created solutions

  • Coordinate team’s work and cooperate with IT developers on successful implementation of designed solutions

Our requirements

  • Have experience with SQL

  • Possess analytical skills like:

  • gathering requirements regarding business process changes

  • conducting meeting/workshops with internal stakeholders

  • business process design and optimisation

  • Have a very good command of English

  • Enjoy teamwork with experts with various academic backgrounds and skills


  • Are able to demonstrate team management skills and take responsibility for its results

  • Are familiar with business workflow systems – specially WEBCON

  • Have experience with financial IT systems (like SAP) and implementation/improvement projects

  • Have been using SharePoint

  • Have experience in working on HelpDesk
