Your responsibilities

NAV Solutions is a new start up team at BNY Mellon that sits outside of NAV Operations. We utilize a software from the Milestone Group to perform NAV oversight and backup NAV services for both internal and external Clients.

Based in Wroclaw, though with flexible hybrid work arrangements available, you will be responsible for Business Implementations and working closely with Clients and internal team members to deliver the pControl Platform within EMEA, as directed by NAV Solution’s senior management team.

While we are independent from NAV Operations, we are looking for candidates with a similar skill set. There are multiple teams under the NAV Solutions umbrella including Trades/Recons, Pricing, Security Master, Client Onboarding and Technology Support Teams.

We seek candidates who are highly motivated, that can perform at a high level in both a project and BAU environment.

Our requirements

As a member of the NAV Solutions team, you will support the bank’s most significant strategic development. You will work with our principal business partner and have a meaningful exposure to business leads at the bank. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills, knowledge, and experience across a broad spectrum of competencies. You will build a strong foundation for a career in the financial and product development sector and beyond.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and forge good working relationships with business collaborators

• Solid understanding of daily accounting systems processing, workflow architecture, automation, and information delivery.

• Develop and extend collaborative working relationships with senior clients, technology and operational support areas in order to quickly understand requirements, resolve problems/issues, suggest solutions and identify areas for service improvement.

• Document detailed User Stories (in line with Agile methodology) and functional requirements to satisfy intended Use Cases, as well as the ability to articulate these to technical stakeholders such as developers, through to initial business testing and signoff of ready-to-ship product capability.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and forge good working relationships with business collaborators

• Be a part of the Professional Services team with specific product client implementation activity e.g., assist with governance, data configuration, product technical input & deployment activities

• Understand and support pControl End to End (E2E) “Operating Model” scenarios for Demonstration and Client Implementation purposes

• Act as a point of escalation for break analysis and research and investigation of high impacting or complex issues as they occur.
