About the project

Are you motivated by automating sales and marketing activities and by working fast and agilely in a global organization? Does it sound like a dream come true to work deep inside the engine room of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to achieve marketing goals? Then you might be the new Lead Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud we are looking for.

Together with our dedicated and ambitious team, you will help increase marketing automation through your deep technical platform insights.

Strong communicator able to create solid stakeholder relations

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop solutions for 1:1 customer journeys and set up custom campaigns to increase customer loyalty through targeted relevant communication. You will be part of CRM Solutions but work closely together with the Marketing Technology team. Both part of the Digital Customer Experience program. In cooperation with your colleagues, you will deliver global improvements, consultancy, solutions and support to the business units in Danfoss. While your colleagues will take the lead on “what” and “why” we communicate, you will take lead on “how” we can technically automate and target the communication.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automated marketing campaign solutions inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Configure individual journeys end to end using several data points

  • Create and continuously improve mail templates using HTML, CSS, and Marketing Cloud

  • Services proprietary scripting language

  • Specify requirements for integrations to other systems and work closely with IT to deliver integrations

  • Monitor, maintain and enhance the global Danfoss email newsletter setup

  • Testing and troubleshooting in multiple browsers or email clients – a solid understanding of web design and UX understanding is needed

  • Be a technical sparring partner when the current setup needs to embrace other channels than email, such as SoMe and Mobile

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business computing or digital marketing and have a very strong technical understanding.

  • Should have solid experience in web development using SQL, HTML, CSS and scripting languages. Specific knowledge about Salesforce Marketing Cloud and especially the use of AMPscript will be a clear advantage.

  • Solid experience with testing web solutions, such as browser compatibility testing, performance testing, usability testing and split testing in marketing automation solutions. It is important that you have an impeccable attention to detail and that delivering high quality is part of your DNA.

  • Effective communicator, and you thrive with a high activity level and keep calm under pressure. Moreover, you are pragmatic, proactive, and organized. Although working in a team, you also can work independently.

  • Open to different tasks and flexible to cover cross border work activity. Finally, you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English
