Your responsibilities

  • Lead the development and integration tasks within the enterprise-wide SAP HR master data product COMPAS

  • Provide guidance to the team on the technical feasibility of requirements and offer accurate effort estimations for development and operational costs

  • Analyze customer requirements from a technical perspective, create SW design documents and proof of concepts

  • Contribute to the resolution of complex technical issues in implementation as well as in ongoing operations

  • Ensure that developments and integrations align with company-wide software quality guidelines

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the development (e.g. ABAP, WebDynpro, Fiori) and/or operations of SAP HR solutions with a focus on the PA/OM modules

  • Profound knowledge in interface technologies such as ALE/IDOC, WebService, API, Solace, SAP PI, SAP Master Data Integration

  • Any experience in the area of SAP SuccessFactors would be considered as an asset

  • Very good knowledge of English
