Your responsibilities
Lead the development and integration tasks within the enterprise-wide SAP HR master data product COMPAS
Provide guidance to the team on the technical feasibility of requirements and offer accurate effort estimations for development and operational costs
Analyze customer requirements from a technical perspective, create SW design documents and proof of concepts
Contribute to the resolution of complex technical issues in implementation as well as in ongoing operations
Ensure that developments and integrations align with company-wide software quality guidelines
Our requirements
5+ years of experience in the development (e.g. ABAP, WebDynpro, Fiori) and/or operations of SAP HR solutions with a focus on the PA/OM modules
Profound knowledge in interface technologies such as ALE/IDOC, WebService, API, Solace, SAP PI, SAP Master Data Integration
Any experience in the area of SAP SuccessFactors would be considered as an asset
Very good knowledge of English
