Your responsibilities

  • Lead a team of QA engineers

  • Define QA processes and metrics for projects

  • Develop automation frameworks for testing cybersecurity products.

  • Setup cybersecurity products on top of existing automotive components.

  • Testing cyber security products for integrity and functionality.

  • Research and explore new environments – such as new automotive architectures, and cyber security approaches.

  • Implement and monitor QA processes and performance metrics using different tools

  • Setup CI/CD tools

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in embedded test automation development

  • At least 4 years of experience working with automated testing environments and Devops tools

  • At least 6 years of experience of writing and managing test suites/cases/documentation

  • At least 8 years of experience of executing test suites and reporting test results

  • B.Sc in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or in related topics

  • Ability to work independently in parallel to collaboration with other technical teams, peers and customers, both remotely and on-site

  • Advanced analytical skills in analyzing logs and finding error causes

  • Ability to debug and detect application errors

  • Experience with scripting tools.

  • A quick learner, ready to work in a fast paced, multidisciplinary environment and tools

  • Experience in test scenarios execution and reporting

  • CI/CD systems configuration


  • Experience in embedded systems / network systems / or similar

  • Experience in software security testing or “White Hat Hacking”

  • Experience in the automotive industry

  • Experience with penetration testing

A newly established Automotive Cybersecurity Practice is looking for a skilled Lead Test Automation Developer for embedded systems.

You will lead testing activities in an agile cross-functional team that delivers, develops, integrates and maintains cutting-edge Cybersecurity solutions, which will be integrated into millions of vehicles.

You will be responsible to design and implementation of testing concepts for highly complex embedded systems for cybersecurity in the automotive industry and for implementing quality processes and tools like CI/CD for everyday quality assurance.

In your work, you will be involved in multiple projects with diversified technologies such as CAN networks, computer networks, mobile networks, embedded and application programming, and multiple operating systems; in addition, as a Lead Cybersecurity Test & Automation Engineer you will be highly exposed to the automotive cybersecurity world.
