    Lead Engineer - Air handling & exhaust - Genset Systems
    This high-impact engineering position will lead projects and activities  required to develop best in class reciprocating gas engine gensets for  power generation applications over the entire product life cycle. 

    Essential Responsibilities
    • Lead the development of the genset packaging concepts, with main focus on air handling and exhaust systems,
    • Working  closely with other functions to provide best in class air handling and  exhaust systems with main respect to vibration, temperature and  structural loads, functionality, easy of manufacturing, maintenance and  cost
    • Cooperate with other teams (design, analysis, performance, manufacturing & others)
    • Participate in design reviews for new product developments and root cause analyzes to present results and project progress.
    • Own specification of Air Handling & Exhaust Systems and lead best practice development
    Qualifications / Requirements
    • Masters degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or similar specialization.
    • Engineering  experience in product development, preferable in genset design.  Desired: experience in air handling and exhaust systems
    • Proven  decision-making and collaboration skills in high-pressure and  time-sensitive situations. Ability to multitask and define priorities
    • Willingness to travel to field sites, suppliers or other R&D offices.
    • Comfortable working in an international environment and convincing oral and written communication skills in English.
