    Lead Engineer in Generator Rotor Design Engineering leads the design projects with the team to support NPI, ITO and OTR customer needs.

    The role includes the generator rotor design, 2D drawings & 3D models, rotor part-list and Q-documentations and instrumentation PIDs , factory support including engineering order management.
     
    Responsibilities

     

    • Creation and maintenance of standard technical documentation.
    • Adaptation of standard documentation to project specific requirements.
    • Definition, supervision and maintenance of design and order execution tools.
    • Response to customer and site questions, customer presentations.
    • Analysis of tests and measurements from test fields and power plants (on site).
    • Evaluation of erection, commissioning and operation data.
    • Support Manufacturing and Site when needed.
    • Work in close collaboration with stator team to ensure the homogeneity of the generator.
    • Ability to work with  a multi-location and multi-cultural team.
    • Personal development in technical skills, in personal skills, and in culture and also ability to keep budget,  quality and schedule.

    Requirements

     

    • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or the same knowledge or experience.
    • Proven experience in delivery in an engineering environment.
    • Technical knowledge of generators, including operation, and the supply chain interface.
    • Experience in Software AutoCAD, CATIA v5, MSOffice, RPDM & Enovia PLM.
    • Oral and written communication skills in English and Polish language.
