    In Poland we started our operations in 2007. Our operation in Poland primarily revolves around the global technical support centre through which we provide multilingual Infrastructure Management Support to our clients. Apart from providing multilingual technical support in 15 languages, we also work on technology based projects for our clients. 

    Due to our growing business needs we are looking for: 

    Lead Purchasing Analyst – Team Leader

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handling team of buyers/ Material Planners to meet daily operational requirements, SLA's/ KPI's and driving the team for continuous improvements. To talk to suppliers for their responses/interactions with counterparts at client's end for any escalations for ensuring seamless deliverables. Having quality focused approach and work with team to implement RCA/ PA's and to handle 1'st level escalations.
    • To support the team on any queries in daily transactions such as Handling requisitions, PO creation, PO amendment,  Allocating materials, Tracking and reviewing progress of activities, Updating prices, Material management, etc. Having good exposure in handling End-to-End Buyer support role, Price discrepancies, Receiving discrepancies, Vendor master requests, Reporting and analytics support / After Market Support / Indirect and Direct Purchases / Goods Receipts Invoice Receipts.
    • Preparing various MIS reports - daily/ weekly / monthly / quarterly to track and monitor SLA/ KPI's. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for weekly/ monthly meetings.
    • To mentor, train and coach the team members for delivery sustainability.
    • Flexible to travel to other locations if required as per request (Rzeszow).

    Requirements:

    • 4-5 years in Direct Material Purchasing in a manufacturing company; Aerospace industry experience is great to have; any other mfg. experience or ITES experience is good.
    • Any Graduate or Bachelor degree / Master Degree
    • Good experience and knowledge on Purchasing/Planning/ Supply Chain Management
    • Knowledge of using SAP/any ERP, Purchasing and other tools
    • Good knowledge and hands-on exposure in MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint) – Intermediate to Advance
    • Excel macro, writing VB scripts, SAP scripts to identify and implement automation opportunities.
    • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills / customer interaction and decision making skills
    • Good Analytical skills and also the ability to think and solve problem/give recommendations.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and conflict resolving
    • English & Polish – min. B2
