    Lead Recruiter - German Speaker 

    The Role

    • Define and implement appropriate candidate attraction and talent pooling strategies in line with forecast demand
    • Effective analysis of labour markets in the DACH region (by geography, industry and function) to suggest most successful approach to attract the best available talent
    • Creation of innovative and cost-effective candidate sourcing strategies to deliver a sufficient number and quality of candidates
    • Be a subject matter expert on new and innovative sourcing methodology, tools and technology platforms
    • Conducting interviews, short-listing appropriate Candidates, providing feedback and reporting activities
    • Liaising with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to obtain any missing information and to ensure required vacancy approvals are actioned 

    Skills & experience

    We are looking for multilingual, dynamic professionals with strong abilities of multitasking and good organization skills. Previous experience in recruitment position covering German-speaking countries, in recruitment agency or RPO company is essential (at least 2 years). Ideal candidate is a good team player with flexible approach. As you will be responsible for DACH recruitment projects, you need to be fluent in English and German. IT literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is a must. We’re looking for an individual who is highly motivated, has great attention to detail and thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.
