Your responsibilities

  • Managing the overall recruitment process from inception to completion, including:

  • Effective Hiring Manager engagement

  • Sourcing diverse slates of potential talent through both the active and passive markets

  • Preparing and placing effective advertisements, ensuring they represent Kimberly-Clark as an employer of choice

  • Pre-screening applications and providing high-quality shortlists of diverse, qualified candidate slates to the business

  • Arranging interviews

  • Managing the offer and pre-boarding process

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process from the initial briefing to the on-boarding of new employees, ensuring a fair and consistent process and with Inclusion & Diversity infused throughout

  • Developing diverse talent pipelines and succession plan market maps for senior, critical roles in the region

  • Acting as a mentor and coach to other members of the local/regional team, providing guidance and support where required; manage the relationship with key HR, TA (in-house and RPO) and Business leaders, providing regular insights on progress and strategy

  • Communicating regularly and effectively with all stakeholders (including candidates, Hiring Managers, TA and HR partners, KC Leadership, Agencies) to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience

  • Managing key relationships with TA partners including job boards, assessment providers and language check providers

  • Partnering with global, regional and local teams to build effective employer branding initiatives

Our requirements

  • Significant experience within in-house recruitment

  • Fluency in English is essential; other language capability useful

  • Experience of leading senior professional (P-Level) and management (M-Level) recruitment. Polish market experience essential, other territory experience desirable (but not essential)

  • Proven background in the effective use of recruitment strategies and tools used for identifying and attracting diverse slates of high-quality candidates

  • Experienced in using recruitment systems (Workday Recruiter would be advantageous though not essential)

Position overview

Reporting to the EMEA Regional TA Leader and based in Krakow, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from inception to completion for Poland and, where appropriate, other EMEA territories, providing diverse, high-quality candidate slates for Professional (P) and Management (M) level roles.

Representing Kimberly-Clark (KC) in a professional and engaging manner in the marketplace, and in line with the direct sourcing strategy, you will ensure a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience. As the Lead Recruiter, you will partner closely with TA (both in-house and RPO), HR and Business Leaders, providing insights/data on performance and ideas to continue to shape an inclusive TA strategy.
