Your responsibilities

  • Demonstrating the understanding of IT projects and talent requirements.

  • Managing the recruitment process end to end across Poland and Europe locations.

  • Building and maintaining strong and efficient relationships with Hiring Managers.

  • Advising Hiring Managers and Business Leaders on the recruitment strategy and process for job requisitions.

  • Managing the Talent Acquisition Partners Team by providing leadership and support.

  • Delegating tasks and evaluating the results.

  • Inspiring and giving an example by using the newest recruitment methods and strategies.

  • Continuously improving the Candidates’ experience.

  • Gather and analyze competitive industry information regarding Candidates' expectations and advise management appropriately.

  • Collecting, maintaining and analyzing data as well as creating reports for the executive management.

  • Driving recruiting initiatives to meet established goals.

Our requirements

  • 6+ years of independent recruitment experience in the IT market.

  • Sound knowledge of IT concepts, trends, and (non-standard) sourcing tools and methods.

  • The experience in handling the complete recruitment lifecycle.

  • The ability to develop others while ensuring excellent quality of delivery.

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent time management and tasks prioritization.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • English at a minimum level C1.

  • Ease of establishing contacts and building partnership relations.

  • Willingness to learn and further development.

  • Knowledge of the IT industry is a must.
