  • Lead Technical Assurance Engineer is a cross-functional engineering discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and process. All activities that consider both the business and the technical needs provides a quality product that meets the customers needs.

  • As a Lead Technical Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Advocating engineering practices that increase reliability and reduce risks related to our supplied equipment, systems, and services.

  • Being involved in Technical Risk and Reliability Management and Analyses in Subsea EPC projects, tenders, studies, and product development. (eg. RAM analysis - building model of xmas tree from functional blocks)

  • Being involved in the identification of technical readiness and qualification status for Subsea EPC projects and tenders.

  • Developing subsea installed product database, data scrubbing for keeping the database up to date with high quality .

  • Performing reliability predictions, failure rates calculations or any other statistical conclusions on installed asset database.

  • Being available to travel to global locations to work with customers and regional teams when required ~10%

  • As part of the technical assurance team you will work on execution projects for global companies

Our requirements

  • To be successful in this role you will have:

  • a degree in Engineering based discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience

  • attitude for learning new technology, techniques, methods and principles

  • understanding or willingness to learn fast of Subsea architecture and ability to translate that into right interface management process strategy

  • experience delivering projects on both small and large scales

  • a good inter-personal and communication skills

  • good knowledge sharing and mentoring capabilities

  • be fluent English Speaker

  • Experience with statistical and reliability calculation

  • to be Comfortable leading the database and raw data scrapping

  • data analysis experience to make a conclusion
