Leading the development and delivery of powerful and impactful key leadership development programmes aligned to strategy.
Designing and delivering end to end global learning programmes, in line with the strategic direction of the business (ensuring learning is embedded and the impact is measured).
End-to-end management of learning projects including project managing the implementation of a global Learning Management System and associated learning pathways.
Managing Tech learning vendors/ platforms ensuring utilization is aligned to investment.
Conducting learning needs analysis with senior management team and leaders.
Designing and organising/delivering training for all team members and leaders (soft skills, leadership, technical training).
Partnering closely with HRBP for Technology and other HR CoEs aligned to technology to deliver impactful programmes.
Designing and executing development interventions for key talent in Technology
Responsible for all learning operations: contact with vendors, sending pre-work/ post-course materials, monitoring registration.
Leading on the design and delivery of leadership development programmes in a dynamic, fast paced, global environment.
Managing the end to end design and delivery of innovative and exciting learning interventions from training needs analysis to design, delivery and ROI measurement.
Knowledge of and practical experience in using psychometric assessment for development (Psychometric qualifications a plus).
Working with a modern learning management system (experience in the implementation of a global LMS a plus).
External vendor management.
Flexible communication and influencing.
Working in a globally matrixed environment and in HR teams structured by functions and with Centres of expertise.
Comfortable with both BAU and projects, with strong project management skills.

Where you’ll work
Join our connected global team, where you’ll come to work in a friendly and dynamic environment. You will be based in our Krakow office, with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week. You will be a part of the central Talent, Leadership and Development team who directly support all of our business areas and the ExCo across the globe. You'll partner especially closely with the Global Technology HR Business Partner and business colleagues in Poland, London, Australia, the US and many other offices. We will provide you with the technology and software required to operate remotely and engage safely beyond borders. Our office is a very friendly, modern space.
