Your responsibilities
- Adjustment and implementation of Global education strategy in Europe
- Provide clear vision, purpose, deliverables, KPIs and timelines of trainings for markets
- Close cooperation with Markets on Leadership development processes, educational plan implementation and follow up for Oriflame Brand Partners
- Create incentive programs to drive Leadership development in the Europe
- Training programs creation for premium Oriflame brands (SkinCare, Wellness) - including both products and sales perspective
- Define follow up setup and cooperation with Area Sales Managers in Markets
- Managing additional ad-hock learning and leadership development projects in line with field need
- Digitalization and modernization of Oriflame training offer to be relevant to "New Normal"
- Provide training for Area Sales Managers and close collaborations with Europe markets (quick response to needs); follow up on field work with ASMs to identify gaps and search for improvements
- Create and run follow up process with markets on strategy execution - serving a trainer role for events such as Train-the-Trainer and business seminars
- Close collaboration with Global Team and other Oriflame Regions (best practice sharing, aligned education strategy)
- Close cooperation with Sales Support Team, Wellness Team, In-house Agency, Marketing Team, and Digital Team during the process of developing toolboxes and materials.
Our requirements
- English – fluent in writing and speaking
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the direct selling, sales, learning development, leadership development
- Great user experience of MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- A successful sales person and trainer
- Strategic approach with ability to execute tasks effectively
- A natural and effective leader and manager
- Great communication, collaboration, leadership and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of work time to European Markets
