Your responsibilities
Vendor management e.g. ensure timely payments to vendors via our internal process, incl. PO creation and Budget monitoring (services, consultation, IT). Maintenance supplier master data.
Liaise and work closely with Supply Chain Finance and wider Finance community
Take active part in Tobacco Purchasing User Group (standardizing and improving the leaf purchasing processes across the whole value chain)
Attend to all preparations for internal and external audit requirements
Engage to a diverse list of daily tasks depending on the required support within the team
Administrate the leaf procurement system (GFO) and fully support with technical issues and enhancements
Participate in the development of a new leaf procurement system & procurement process improvements
Participate in the creation and maintenance of supplier contracts and agreements
Our requirements
University degree in Economic/Business/Technical Discipline/Science or Business Administration
Fluent written and spoken English
Very good communication skills
Pronounced analytical thinking skills
Good application of MS Office and most IT-Systems (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel, Access and VBA programming - desirable)
Power BI – desirable. SAP/QAD – desirable.
Interest in working with a natural product
Versatility in thinking and working
Willingness to do occasional travelling
Ability to work in multicultural environment
