Lean Enterprise Manager
Work location: Bielawa, Dzierżoniów (okolice)

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with LE functional leaders to advance our Lean agenda and lead the Lean Champions in identifying and executing relevant events;
  • Set expectations for Lean/Six Sigma organization/culture by leading directions and focusing to ensure understanding and implementation of Lean/ Six Sigma concepts;
  • Act as a change agent, systematically driving use of Lean tools for continuous improvement and change throughout the enterprise;
  • Provide leadership and expertise in the following specific areas of lean activities:
    • value stream mapping,
    • 5S,
    • cell design,
    • flow manufacturing,
    • SMED,
    • Kanban,
    • Kaizen and other relevant Lean tools;
  • Develop and lead a regional Lean training program;
  • Teach Lean tools and concepts to site personnel/Lean Champions; mentor personnel at the plant level;
  • Work across functional & geographic boundaries to implement Lean/Six Sigma & drive best practices by collaborating with the local functional teams;
  • Track results of continuous improvement efforts to ensure that improvements are both quantifiable and sustainable;
  • Identify training gaps and develop training plans and criteria;
  • Work with outside consultants to deliver the needed training and assist/lead said training.

Expectations:

  • Excellent knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma Tools;
  • Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt (Master Blackbelt a plus);
  • Experience in coordinating the cross functional improvement activities of the “Back Office” business processes: Sales, Finance, Customer service, supply chain, warehousing, purchasing etc.;
  • Project Management experience;
  • Team Management skills;
  • IT knowledge;
  • Experience in working for multinational companies;
  • English fluency required;
  • Readiness to travel (75-80% of all working time) within and outside Europe.
