We are looking for an experienced Lean expert eager to take a key role in the implementation of operational change projects across all areas of the company. As a Lean Program Manager you will drive transformation improvements to enable the organization to deliver the best company performance in the most efficient and meaningful way by creating and executing Lean road map and being a proactive member of the Lean Community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in Lean project management to business areas across the company in order to build the operational excellence culture
  • Contribute to development of methods and tools (implementation, trainings, facilitating, sustaining)
  • Provide support for managers in functional areas to assess and redesign internal operations to enable the company to achieve and exceed the strategic goals
  • Acquire new and proven knowledge in the Lean standards area and be a driven force in implementation across the company
  • Facilitate continuous improvement teams using Lean project management tools
  • Execute, track, and take accountability for continuous improvement savings and results
  • Be the proactive partner within Lean Community, provide inputs and feedback
  • Drive Lean Assessments for the site
  • Run Kaizen events across the organization, build and develop leadership within functional areas

Your profile 

  • Min. 5 years of experience in Production Engineering / Management and min. 2 years of experience on the similar position in international production company
  • Technical University degree - Production Engineering / Management
  • Proven experience in Lean Project Management and experience in Lean Systems implementation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge Lean systems environment where priorities can often change on a daily basis
  • Good understanding of organizational dynamics, business processes, policies and tools as well as methodologies relevant to operational change
  • Strong leadership skills, demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization
  • Experience creating a culture of lean improvement and facilitating, teaching, and leading others to create a culture of continuous improvement
  • Well-developed problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong background in continuous improvement methodology
  • Working knowledge and experience in Six Sigma methodology (Green or Black Belt as advantage)
  • Proven experience in managing the cross functional global teams in multicultural organization
  • PEX tool box knowledge and execution is an advantage
  • Fluent English communication skills
