WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

In this role you will be a part of the Global Lean Transformation Team, responsible for developing the Lean transformation in Poland. You will help the business and operational teams to look at the processes differently. If you have a passion for working with people, coaching and guiding them, if you are focused on clients and continues improvement culture, if you desire to develop an army of problem solvers and have commercial mindset – we are looking for you.

We will count on you to:

  • Build the culture of Continuous Improvement through training, coaching and structured interventions, mentoring Green Belts and Yellow Belts in driving improvement projects, identifying new opportunities and solution identification for new opportunities

  • Work closely with staff at all levels to develop Continuous Improvement roadmap for multiple stakeholders and businesses. Translate business priorities into tactical initiatives to drive results

  • Manage portfolio of multiple projects independently, mentor project leaders and help align objectives with organizational priorities

  • Promote lean mindset and tools: Gemba walks, A3, VSM, Visual Management, design thinking etc.

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position 

  • Expertise in Lean Management

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies in service environment and techniques such as: BPM, A3, TWI and/or Kaizen

  • Experience in process performance analysis, process mapping, metrics design and maintenance, setting up and maintaining cost-effective process measurement systems / frameworks

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational and communication skills

  • Business maturity - ability to prioritize and manage multiple work activities, working independently

  • Very good command of English

 

What makes you stand out:

  • Working knowledge of tools used in support of analytics (e.g. SQL, R, MiniTab, SigmaXL, PowerBI, Qlik)

  • Experience in Six Sigma

  • Black Belt Certified

  • Experience in RPA deployment, Business Analytics and Design Thinking

  • Facilitation skills for conducting meetings and workshops

  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
