    Learning and Development Manager
    Miejsce pracy: Białystok

    Purpose of the job: The main assignment of the job is to support our business and people in Poland by sparring in organizational changes as well as work with learning and leadership development.

    Your assignment:

    • Local with support for regional structures
    • Be a close speaking partner towards the HR Director for the location
    • Responsible to drive the POR (People & Organizational Review) process in the local organization as well as support and coach other sites in the region according with the Rosti Group POR process
    • Responsible to develop learning & development plan for the local site
    • Support the development of learning & development plan for Poland and based on the total input contribute to overall learning strategy
    • Responsible for common trainings needed across the site and all departments
    • Owner for total training list and budget for the site
    • Owner of code of conduct training for the site
    • Create policies around learning & development locally and contribute to the region
    • Implementation of needed external and group trainings
    • Development and implementation of needed internal workshops and trainings
    • Be the lead trainer for trainigs around leadership, culture & values
    • Create a network of trainers connected to specific business capability trainings e.g. sales, production etc
    • Create on-boarding structure and ensure needed trainings for the local site and support development of the structure in other sites in the region
    • Identify processe which are needed on local and regional level and give input to group for development across the sites
    • Lead high performing team

    What we are looking for:

    • High business understanding. Experience from a business role is a plus
    • Preferably 10+ years of experience from wide HR role with business and people in the focus
    • Experience working with coaching, learning & development, talent and performance
    • Testing tool license are an advantage
    • Education background from HR, Organizational Development, Psychology or similar
    • Very good communication level in English and local language
    • Business mindset
    • Good communication and influencing skills
    • Ability to inspire and drive a change
    • Analytical skills
    • Enjoy challenges and has persistent attitude towards making things better
    • Ability to build trust and relationships
    • Have energy and drive to make things happen
