    Learning and Development Manager
    Miejsce pracy: Białystok

    Purpose of the job: The main assignment of the job is to support our business and people in Poland by sparring in organizational changes as well as work with learning and leadership development.

    Your assignment:

    • Local with support for regional structures
    • Being a close speaking partner to the HR Manager for the location
    • Responsible for creating of learning & development plan for Poland
    • Making contributions to the overall learning strategy
    • Responsible for identifying and executing common training needs across the site and all departments
    • Owner of the training plan as well as the training budget for the site
    • Creating policies around learning & development locally and contributing to the region
    • Development and implementation of identified internal workshops and training courses
    • Being the lead trainer for training around leadership, culture & values, soft skills, etc.
    • Creating an internal network of trainers dedicated to the specific business needs, i.e. technical, production, etc.
    • Deployment of functional OJT and On-boarding
    • Leading a high-performing team dealing with learning & development, recruitment, employer branding and communication functions
    • Coordinate employer branding and communication activities for PL location

    What we are looking for:

    • Previous experience in a similar role covering trainings and knowledge management is a must
    • Preferably 6+ years of experience within a wide range of HR roles with the business and people in the focus
    • Experience working with coaching, learning & development, talent and performance
    • Deployment of corporate L&D projects and initiatives
    • Experience in Communication, Recruitment and Employer Branding
    • Testing tools license is an advantage
    • Welcomed: educational background in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology or similar
    • Good communication and influencing skills
    • Ability to inspire and drive a change
    • Passionate about people and their development
    • Very good level in English (C1) and local language
