Your responsibilities
- Creation of conceptual models regarding methods of development for people and processes, as a member or a leader of the project team.
- Development and supervision of the training process in the Group, with particular focus on internal training processes.
- Individual work with Managers as part of the development of their leadership skills and competences, using a variety of methods and tools such as psychometric tests, 360 assessments, coaching.
- Leading workshops, trainings, group coaching sessions based on previously verified needs.
- Participation in HR processes including: evaluation and development, preparation of development and succession plans, opinion polls, research on management styles and culture within the organization.
Our requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in managing one’s own team and in the field of Management development (preferably as HR Regional Manager, Learning & Development Manager, HR Manager in a dispersed structure).
- Experience in work with managers and potentials at various levels of the organization, along with an experience in their development, providing feedback, leading workshops and coaching.
- Ability to assess and develop potentials.
- Professional experience in an organization with a culture focused on continuous development and change.
- Openness to the variety of tasks executed by a central HR team.
- The ability to draw conclusions and take appropriate actions
- Higher education (additional postgraduate or MBA studies are welcome).
- Qualifications and experience in conducting psychometric tests are welcome.
- Willingness to travel between our locations.
