Your responsibilities

You’ll work in our Poznan office as part of Global Learning Function.

Together with credentials manager, you will contribute to creation and an ongoing support to C2 credentials initiative. A credential is a certification of proficiency in specific capabilities, earned by meeting well-defined requirements and validated by the relevant cell. Firm practices are developing credentials to help build specific competencies and match critical skills to client needs.

You’ll have the opportunity to work both as an independent contributor and leading project teams.

Your day to day responsibilities will include supporting implementation process (tech, application forms, homepage, Credly, badge design, QA) and cooperating with dedicated tech support to create credential in Credly.

You will be supporting manager and/or senior expert in pulling together materials for board meetings, defining problem statement, competencies and evidence and answering questions from users and applicants (with escalation to respective cells if needed). You will be also monitoring participants' progress and follow up with applicants whose materials do not match requirements and sending lists of eligible candidates to professional development managers.

You will also be responsible for generating lists of colleagues newly credentialed and share these lists to celebrate them. You'll be responding to questions and monitoring credentialing inbox. You will be driving communications campaign on Slack and other channels, and producing and distributing quarterly dashboard.
