Your responsibilities

  • Ensure all areas of the business have appropriate training systems in place to support the business strategy and to ensure the quality of the product.

  • Co-ordinate training programs, activities, maintaining training records in accordance to IATF

  • Keep, monitor and update regularly L&D KPIs

  • Deliver “Train The Trainer” trainings to relevant employees.

  • Create and monitor training budget.

  • Ensure that training needs for each employee are identified by supervisors and adequately addressed.

  • Ensure that each department has a training plan outlining the training to be scheduled for the forthcoming period ahead

  • Assist all managers in planning and coordinating training plans within each department.

  • Co-ordinate training programs ensuring appropriate training facilitation, schedules, resources, and supporting documentations are provided.

  • Assist in the delivery of Theoretical training including Induction, all other modules as well as in the delivery of Practical training and deliver such training when required.

  • Assist line management in carrying out workplace assessments after training has been delivered.

  • Support and coordinate the Internship Programme by promoting the culture of Johnson Matthey in high schools, universities, at job fairs.

Our requirements

  • University degree (Human Resources or other relevant)

  • 5 years’ experience of training facilitation and co-ordination in an international production company

  • Fluency in written and oral English & Polish is a must;

  • Team player with a strong customer focus;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

  • Flexible and pro-active, analytical and logical approach, with the drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to think laterally and understand the impact of actions on other processes

  • Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines in a fast paced, and diverse environment

  • To build strong working relationship with employees, developing trust and influence at all levels

  • Achievement of the organisation’s development objectives, dealing with issues in the areas of employee training and development.
