Are you ready to join  growing and successful  company with a great brand?  For our Client, an international manufacturing and sales company, we are currently searching for an outstanding candidate for the temporary ( maternity cover )  position of   

 Learning and Development ExpertNumer ref.: LDWAW21

Your main job duties will include:


  • Designing core training plans and programmes for employees in order to develop competencies needed for the realization of the strategic plans of the company
  • Implementing global learning strategies to support the competence development of employees (production, supply chain and sales )
  • Utilizing multiple approaches to develop employees (e.g. blended learning, coaching, mentoring, e- learning)
  • Monitoring effectiveness of the training projects and making sure all L&D solutions are constantly on a high level
  • Engaging  Managers into implementation of learning strategies
  • Acting as internal trainer, coach and facilitator 
  • Maintaining of accurate training records and budgetary control of costs
  • Cooperating with external training providers
  • Improving internal communication in company



 Essential requirements:

• 5 years of experience in HR/L&D/Talent Management, with specific responsibilities for leading learning and development projects and programs, performance consulting, and/or organization development.
• Background in manufacturing industry preferred
• Good English
• Excellent management, organization and prioritization skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically with regards to program design and impact of organizational goals
