· Projects & Programs: Apply minor knowledge to perform routine assignments with a low-level of difficulty in one or more specialized L&D programs, processes, and tools.
Business Unit Management Support: Provide HR colleagues with day-to-day support in the application of specialized L&D programs, processes and tools by using standard policies and procedures to resolve basic problems.
L&D Service: Work under general supervision to assist in the delivery of all aspects of specialized L&D work within defined L&D service levels and with high levels of customer satisfaction.
Networking: Communicate with L&D colleagues and management to exchange information relating to several important business related topics.
L&D Role Model: Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Adherence to procedures: Ensure that security and authorization procedures are followed prior to undertaking transactions. Adhere to established HR policies and procedures to meet company standards, statutory and legal requirements.
Information Administration: Access, review, compile and store multiple sources of data to generate appropriate criteria for reports. Work with L&D colleagues to determine sources of information to complete assigned work
Development: Actively seek internal and external training and development opportunities to further develop competencies and/or move beyond the scope of the role.
Performance: Perform single-skilled routine tasks in a well-defined area under moderate supervision following guidelines, defined procedures and management direction to achieve agreed individual objectives.
