Your responsibilities

  • Continue the ongoing engagement and delivery of the Business Academy program by local colleagues in all Academy locations through proactively organizing and driving awareness around the planning, topics, and calendar within each location
  • Ensure transparency, awareness, and recognition of Academy participation through various promotional efforts and use of the reporting made available
  • Build and leverage relationships with key stakeholders in all relevant locations, to ensure support and engagement of the Business Academy, while looking for opportunities to grow and improve the program
  • Plan, research, write, and facilitate global learning programs in alignment with key focus areas of the business, the Business Academy, and HR Department
  • Consistently deliver training each month via virtual webinars
  • Deliver face-to-face training and workshop opportunities to colleagues in various offices in TMF, with a focus on those in your relevant geography (when travel permits)
  • Support the promotion and delivery of various projects/programs run by the Business Academy team

Our requirements

  • Experience in developing training materials and virtual/in-person training facilitation.
  • Experience working in international environment.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to develop business reports via data provided.
  • Detail oriented attitude with possibility to priorities and track the work.
  • Strong ability and comfort to work independently in a remote working environment with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to travel internationally (10-20%) (when travel permits).
  • Background and experience in training line managers in people management techniques, understanding fundamental concepts and ideal current practices is a plus.
  • Background and experience in HR & Payroll, Accounting & Tax, Finance, Law – nice to have.
  • Qualifications and experience in training in Project Management and Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English. Nice to have Polish.

Key stakeholders

  • The Associate role will support and work directly with a variety of individuals throughout the business, within their regional geography and occasionally outside
  • Key stakeholders include country/market HR leaders, country/market department leaders, and line managers. This role will also work with other central functions when required

DISCOVER THE ROLE

The Business Academy Associate is part of the Business Academy team (Internal HR) responsible for the delivery of TMF Group’s Learning Curriculum. The role will be managing the ongoing delivery of the TMF Business Academy program across a segment of markets within TMF Group. This program aims to deliver a range of curriculum to meet the needs of the organization.

Along with all that goes into the success of the TMF Business Academy, the Associate role will also be involved in the research, development, promotion and delivery of training curriculum which compliments the library of offerings from the global Business Academy team. This training will take place in both a virtual webinar and face-to-face format, where travel is required.
