    What will you do?  

    • Manage team of HR Learning Services Specialists - supervise the scope of learning related activities performed by team on local and/or regional level
    • Manage changes in learning and development processes, lead or contribute to the new transfers, projects (resources, costs, deadlines, risks)
    • Act as Training Coordinator for France: deliver adaptations required by law, tools, policies
    • Implement solutions, policies, improvements across entities served
    • Drive digital agenda and lead process excellence
    • Monitor and control the quality of services delivered and customer satisfaction according to SLAs
    • Act as point of contact for all stakeholders, establishing and maintaining cooperation with Learning Solutions, HRBP and local HR Services Manager

    What will help you to be successful?

    • Min. 2 years of experience in people’s manager position
    • Experience in SSC/ BPO as an asset
    • Managerial experience and strong business partnership skills
    • Fluent command of both French and English
    • Strong customer service focus; demonstrated ability to understand the customer’s business, issues and needs, proactively responding to customer requirements
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Excellent organizational, project management, time-management skills
    • Results-oriented and an effective problem solver
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office
