Your responsibilities

  • To ensure qualitative sales and leasing data management and analysis to support all relevant stakeholders with most updated information you will:

  • deliver accurate and timely sales and leasing data analysis to Operations Domain and other stakeholders including miscellaneous relevant ad-hoc requests;

  • provide support to sales and leasing teams and Meeting Places (MPs) in regards to data consistency;

  • check and actively support them to correct the data upon the need to ensure data accuracy and consistency;

  • in close collaboration with Business Solutions ensure the most efficient data management process and tools;

  • ensure all required data is accurately stored and organized and can be promptly provided upon request;

  • collaborate with relevant stakeholders in MPs, Domains, centres of expertise and other stakeholders to be able to receive any needed relevant information required for reports, meetings or presentations related to lease data, as well

  • as share analysis results with relevant stakeholders;

  • prepare lease data materials, presentations and documentation requested by Domain co-workers in a thorough and well-organized manner to ensure the data presented or reported appears in a structured, clear and professional way.

  • In this role you will report to the Sales & Leasing Administration Team Leader, Ingka Centres.

About You:

You have knowledge of:

how to structure and present information in all touchpoints that makes sense to end users;

planning and maintaining a work process with an end-to-end thinking;

data management;

MS Office (advanced level).

You have the capability to:

use analytical skills and think critically;

communicate effectively verbally and in written form;

multi-task and manage your time in a productive manner;

learn new knowledge in an agile way;

focus on details;

have service-oriented mind-set and emotional intelligence;

find better ways, enable change, inspire others, create togetherness, develop the business, accomplish goals and deliver results.

We believe you have minimum 2 years of experience in support function with analytical/data management.
