Your responsibilities
Provide advice and support in connection with a range of contract types, including drafting and reviewing change control notices, small contract documents, legal research and contract interpretation;
Provide ongoing advice to account teams regarding legal and commercial implications of specific terms and conditions in contracts;
Assist account teams with change control notices and draft amendments to existing agreements;
Perform appropriate clinical, administrative and operational research to support the proposal and contract development;
Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues;
Communication and relationship building with the customers on a regular basis;
End-to-end contract lifecycle management.
Our requirements
Master`s degree in Law; degree obtained in Germany, Austria or Switzerland would be considered an advantage;
Verbal and written fluency in German and English;
3+ years` experience in a global corporation or a law firm. Outsourcing/supplier experience would be considered an advantage;
Contract and commercial drafting and assessment experience required, including a level of client engagement.
Extensive experience with proposals and contracts.
Ability to provide guidance/interpretation on existing contract provisions;
Ability to handle complex tasks together with various stakeholders
Proven experience in negotiating contracts/proposals
Ability to work remotely and within a team, build relationships with other business functions (legal, finance, compliance etc.)
Demonstrable knowledge and judgment about contractual and commercial risks/issues in transactions.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
UnitedLex is looking for candidate with a law degree for the position of Legal Contract Manager with German. The candidate will be working remotely within Poland. The Legal Contract Manager is responsible for individual contribution as part of the Global Contracting & Commercial Solutions Group for UnitedLex. Primary day-to-day focus is the commercial and contractual analysis and support services across client industries, (Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer, Public sector (Including Government), Healthcare, Automotive and Banking & Insurance), advising on technology and outsourcing deals.
