Your responsibilities
Be the business partner to senior leaders of business units in CEE with proactive legal support and superior problem-solving skills both for commercial and manufacturing divisions;
Support commercial and marketing activities of Retail and Foodservice (key accounts, distributors, e-Com incl. export across and outside EEA);
Manage litigation across CEE, manage risk with Finance teams and elevate early to appropriate stakeholders;
Provide trainings to business, update and promote contract templates, elaborate executive legal briefs and playbooks;
Provide corporate governance for all CEE legal entities;
Support initiatives in IP protection and E&C;
Assist the Procurement team to manage challenges in the region
Track new legislation and proactively inform stakeholders (BU heads, finances, etc.).
Our requirements
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in-house or in a law firm;
Excellent legal education with top academic credentials;
Excellent work management skills and legal judgment with the capacity to make decisions and give advice that reflects an understanding of overall business objectives and the risks/rewards of each situation;
Strong research and drafting skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a non-legal audience in a multinational diverse team, both orally and in writing;
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment that requires management of multiple projects simultaneously whilst also being a team player;
Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels within the organization;
Fluency in Polish and English, other languages are a plus
