Your responsibilities

  • Being a proactive business partner that will protect the interests of L’Oréal Poland&Baltic all divisions and corporate matters

  • Protecting brand equity and our international trademarks

  • Ensuring the optimization of structures and internal control, as well as creating awareness of important topics and ensuring compliance with L’Oréal Group policies

  • Preparing a business risk analysis

  • Providing legal consultations, analysis and advice on the HUB level to help with legal cases to all departments involved (commercial, marketing, purchasing, operations, finance) in relation to the business of the company

  • Advising operational and functional departments in all fields of Business Law on the HUB level

  • Providing reporting of legal documents and litigations

  • Negotiating and drafting all types of legal documents: commercial, marketing, property, information system, distribution, services, cooperation, IP and purchasing contracts

  • Developing in-house documentation of the company

  • Updating existing corporate documents

  • Representing legal correspondence to our local and international clients

  • Collaboration with external counsels

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of legal professional experience – in-house and legal counsel experience is key

  • Educational legal background

  • Ability to work in multi-country environment

  • Strong project management abilities

  • Excellent work organization due to working on multiple projects at the same time

  • Independence and creativity

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and manage relationships

  • Self-motivated, with a professional approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent English & Polish

Legal Counsel for Poland & Baltic HUB is responsible for providing legal advice on the HUB level and will provide legal help for all departments involved (commercial, marketing, purchasing, operations, finance) and work with external counsels. This person will be a member of the HUB legal department and will report to HUB Legal Director.
