Legal Operations Counsel
Location: Łódź
Job title description:

Legal Operations of Flint located in Lodz is currently expanding its role and scope of provided services and therefore we invite all candidates who met the below conditions to join the recruitment process and our young and enthusiastic team.

  • Drafting and verifying legal agreements, including agreements to be concluded by foreign entities with emphasis on NDAs, Supply Contracts and Intermediaries Agreements;
  • Working under different jurisdictions;
  • Providing legal advice to sales and procurement team;
  • Negotiating agreements and providing explanations of legal matters;
  • Working with internal legal database;
  • Cooperating with other Counsels, both locally and globally;
  • Supporting company entities on a global scale.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English;
  • Law graduate;
  • Experience in working with international law and willingness to expand it;
  • At least 3 years of experience in legal firm/international law firm/Big4/internal law department of global company;
  • Experience in drafting and analyzing commercial agreements, including those signed between different jurisdictions;
  • Knowledge of other language (preferably Dutch, German or French) will be a great asset;
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
