    The Change Management Sector within the Private Banking & Wealth Management  division delivers projects ranging from the development of new service and tools, improving existing processes, to supporting the delivery strategic projects within the Private Banking & Wealth Management division. We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team.

    In the role of Legal Subject Matter Expert for Contracts & Project Consultant, you will be responsible for:

    • Evaluating and implementing improvement opportunities for client relationship opening, tax, relationship maintenance and product specific forms and contracts based on regulatory, market and or specific LCD guidelines for PB&WM, including managing the relevant sign-off process within the division. This will require to reach out to stakeholders across divisions and programs.
    • Supporting the development of a technical solution for the maintenance of these forms throughout their entire lifecycle. In addition working closely with IT from the Digital Private Banking and Client Reference Data Programs to define and develop workflows and implementing support/help functions in the client onboarding process will be required.
    • Establishing a governance model to maintain all forms centrally as part of a center of competence, which can be duplicated across the division globally.
    • Project Management activities such as:
      • Project reporting and progress tracking (i.e. preparation of status reports and monitoring progress, risks and issues)
      • Project administration (i.e. Updating project documentation and collection of data needed to effectively run the projects)


    • Academic degree in Law
    • Very good knowledge of English and German
    • Experience working in the banking industry in a role with Legal context is an asset
    • Project management experience and or know-how is an asset
    • Advance knowledge of MS Office
