Technical support / data administration / data analytics for LPC in EMEA region
Support Third Party Due Diligence and Third Party Oversight checks and approvals
Handle the Integrated Compliance Management and support the Effectiveness Monitoring for certain compliance risk areas
Perform elements of the global Data Privacy Management System (DPMS) for operational handling,
Support and monitor the roll out and participation in LPC driven web based trainings, support LPC driven communication campaigns and advise business and platform functions on organization and responsibilities within LPC
Implement LPC routines & (digital) tools of work organization
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
Academic degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, IT, Information Security, or controlling / audit or related discipline
English language on native speaking or comparable level. Another EMEA language would be beneficial.
A minimum of 1 years professional experience after graduation
Work experience in the area of data analytics / data administration, especially desirable for legal, compliance or data privacy functions
Work experience in the area of legal, compliance or data privacy work from an international law firm or a multinational company desirable
Good communication and training skills, also vis-à-vis non-lawyers
Goal-oriented, hands-on, proactive team player
Open to work with foreign cultures,
Basic knowledge of Compliance Management Systems desirable
Basic Knowledge on anti-corruption, anti-trust, data privacy or laws relevant to the health care or crop science industry helpful
Process and IT affinity
Very good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge in handling of management tools
