Your responsibilities
Drafting commercial contracts, such as MSA’s, NDA’s Procurement Contracts, Novation Agreements based on guidance and playbooks
Conducting live negotiation of commercial contracts with third parties alongside the Client’s legal team
Maintaining contract law quality by following and executing organizational standards
Review, risk analysis and introducing mitigation plans for processes not adhering to Client’s internal policies
Establishing and maintaining a good long-term relationship with the Client as well as internal stakeholders
Monitoring the drafting and negotiating process to ensure the compliance with both Factor’s and the Client’s standards
Review and analyze inconsistencies in external Client’s documents and policies for future improvements
Our requirements
Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified;
Minimum of 12 months of legal experience
Excellent fluency in English and German, both written and spoken is a must;
Optional
1 year + Experience working with International Clients or Colleagues
Experience of drafting Commercial Agreements based on guidance and playbooks;
Have outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal
Have excellent time management skills and can work under time pressure;
A fluency in any other language will be an asset – though not required;
Have a strong investigative and analytical skillset;
Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially Microsoft Word;
Knowledge or experience in common law is an advantage.

The role
We’re looking for a Legal Specialist with German to join us in our Wrocław Centre of Excellence. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the legal team of our international Client in commercial contracting and working with Factor colleagues in the UK and US.
