Your responsibilities
Developing and building relationship with the existing customers – depending on your language knowledge you would be dealing with customers in Norway or Germany
We expect you to be working on the given book of accounts
Onboarding of new partners
Profiling partners and customers: finding out what is the partner interested in – evaluate the customer need and propose solution
Communication with partners via different tools – emails, calls, ZOOMs, etc.
Our requirements
Sales or customer service experience
Fluency in English and one of: Norwegian or German
Strong communication skills
Customer obsession
