Your responsibilities
Managing all Linux-based laptops/workstations.
Setting up, upgrading, administration, designing and troubleshooting computer systems and associated hardware and software.
Integrating Linux systems into existing management structures (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune, MAM, MDM, Puppet or Ansible and Microsoft 365) or alternatives to meet departmental functionality and security goals.
Developing worldwide standards for end-user Linux builds and supported applications.
Taking care of the architecture and rollouts of a set of capabilities that will allow IT Team to standardize and better manage various Linux distributions deployed around the world.
Supporting the migration of on-premises systems to AWS.
Acting as a SME of Linux across the whole company.
Our requirements
Passion for Linux-based solutions!
Strong knowledge of managing Linux desktop environment.
Proven track record of integrating Linux into a predominantly Microsoft environment.
Broad knowledge of IT domains: Server, Datacenter, Telecom, Messaging, desktop architecture and build methodologies.
Detailed knowledge of Linux Distributions (CentOS, Red Hat, Ubuntu).
Very good English skills.
