Ensuring the smooth operation of our global EDI platforms by supporting and optimizing operations
Proactive monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting of EDI interruptions and issue
Secure and permanently improve the security levels of our EDI platform
Support the further development and planning of the future usage of our global EDI system landscape
Coordinates EDI operation activities with internal service providers and stakeholders
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotational support

Our requirements

Experience in operating EDI platforms
EDI connectivity protocols including, but not limited to, OFTP2, AS2, FTPs, SFTP and VANs
Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience
ability to conduct research into EDI issues
Intermediate knowledge of programming and scripting skills (Shell, Perl, Phyton, etc)
Basic Knowledge of EDI standard formats (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, etc.) and EDI mapping tools
Knowledge in Linux and/or AIX operating systems
Associates degree in computer science, and/or three years equivalent work experience
Very good written and oral English communication skills (additional German skills are a plus)
Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and self organized
Interested to work in an open/transparent/global team
Keen attention to detail
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience working in a team-oriented, transparent and collaborative environment
Strong customer service orientation
