Your responsibilities
Preparation of documentation for transaction initiation (Summary of Terms or European Standardized Information Sheet (ESIS)) and related documents & calculators
Preparation and sending of instructions for valuation quotes
Preparation and sending instructions for solicitor
Production of Mortgage Offer Documents or Facility Letters & related calculators
Preparing of drawdown (Funding Instruction)
Timely management and escalation of all inquiries and issues related to loan processing
Demonstrates a sound level of understanding of products and processes, and of how duties relate and integrate with others in the team and closely related teams
Demonstrates an excellent knowledge of Bank related systems
Escalate control gaps and issues to senior management as needed
Identify control gaps in the process and implement appropriate solutions to mitigate any risk
Analyze data to identify control deficiencies and resolve discovered issues through implementing appropriate procedures
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders to other team members.
Our requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to communicate with internal senior business partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to strive under pressure and work independently
Bachelor’s or University degree or equivalent experience (Finance, Economy, Accounting etc.)
