Your responsibilities

  • Implementing the global business line strategy and ensuring business development and appropriate go-to-market strategy (channel, segment, and account) is in place. Monitoring and addressing competitor strategy and playing an active role in the local RO leadership team and contributing to broader business strategy.

  • Ensuring the development of performance targets in line with global targets and ensuring achievement through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed and working with the relevant global team to ensure projects are executed to plan.

  • Ensuring profitable business growth in the country by maximizing geographic coverage and channel penetration, as well as focusing on business area segments in the domestic market.

  • Ensuring the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensuring production and/or execution of high-quality products, services, and processes and monitoring quality metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement in local execution and oversees improvement activities.

  • Developing and leading an energized and motivated team culture, driving superior customer experience, and ensuring effective deployment of personnel to meet the business needs.

  • Leading and ensuring effective governance of the local business area and leading the ABB Code of Conduct internalization (HSSE, Integrity, Antitrust, and internal control) to ensure our license to operate.

  • Leading local business line through empowerment and engagement across the teams and collaboration with other business lines. Guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Our requirements

  • 10+ years of experience of business in the Business Line segment.

  • Experience of sales management tools usage and deployment preferably salesforce.

  • Fluency in English and effective professional communication skill.

  • Passion for customers, quality, and automation technology.

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of value proposition development.

  • A bachelors/master’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration is preferred.

  • Ability to coach, develop, lead, and energize an organization. Must have a balanced thought and people leadership skill.
