For our client, global leader in industries such as automation, robotics and energy; producer of power stations and systems, electrical equipment, high, medium and low voltage switchgear we are looking for a Local Division Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • leading the team, encouraging team work and passion to achieve superior performance. Support continuous development of the team and individuals,
  • build an effective, capable and high performing sales network,
  • identifies opportunities at existing and potential new customers within Poland,
  • supervises the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc. and evaluates data to ensure achievement of goals,
  • monitors and provides reports to the Marketing and Sales organization on market intelligence,
  • supports the development of strong relationships with key customers,
  • ensures achievement of sales volume, product mix and profitability targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales,
  • participates on negotiations of key contracts. Manages ongoing costs. Ensures effective execution of projects, on-time, on-quality and on-cost,
  • identifies and manages potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels,
  • takes ownership of the sales processes, and all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs.

Requirements:

  • minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar,
  • 5-10 years relevant experience with products, industries and market knowledge,
  • experience in sales and sales development is essential,
  • proven success with leadership and sales/service management,
  • winning attitude with strong desire to grow the business,
  • must be professional, detail oriented, self-motivated, creative, assertive, organized, and can work independently as well as in team,
  • ability to work in a multinational environment,
  • strong understanding of Microsoft Software and Salesforce (CRM),
  • negotiation and conflict management skills,
  • fluent English and Polish language skills, both verbally and written.
