Your responsibilities
- Supervising a stock level of raw material, semi- and finished goods to meet anticipated stocking and sales goals.
- Optimizing internal processes within logistic department.
- Supervising a long/short term production schedules preparation, along with its realization.
- Overseeing delivery schedules of ready goods, raw materials (delivery precision).
- Working according to KPI’s.
- Maintaining a good relationship with Customers and Suppliers.
- Creating and managing a budget plan of logistics department.
- Market analysis, pricing, searching for different solutions of lowering costs (raw materials, tooling, transports, etc.).
- Ensuring compliance with the operation of the production department procedures, standards and company policies and security policy.
Our requirements
- Graduate (MSc) of Economy or Technical University.
- Min.3 years of experience on similar position.
- Good planning skills,
- Experience in purchasing of steel components.
- Good knowledge of logistics.
- Experience in managing medium-sized groups of workers.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing process.
- Ability to select, asses and build long relationship with suppliers.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, TQM and TPM and JIT principles.
- Good knowledge of technical documentation.
- Knowledge of quality control and quality systems.
- Experience in recruiting of employees.
- Good command in English.
